Why?

By the time you learn it all, it's out of date.

What actually matters.

Spark

You need a clear picture of what's possible. Without it, you won't have the motivation to persevere when things don't go to plan, and you'll go back to the way you've always done things.

Mistakes

There are no shortcuts. You need to make your own mistakes. Hit walls, go down a few rabbit holes. That's where the knowledge accumulates, and you get none of it when someone else does everything for you.

AI intuition

When you've used it long enough and made enough mistakes, something changes. You develop a real sense of what the tools can and can't do. When to persevere and when to pivot. When to get another AI involved and when you need a human expert.

That foundation turns into a capability.

That capability stays relevant as things change and makes you ready for whatever comes next.

That's when it's no longer about reducing costs or finding efficiencies.

It's about doing things you didn't think you'd ever be able to do in your business.

That's when you enjoy the true value of AI.

Week one: get set up, then we pick one real use case in your business. Week two: what got in the way, and I help you work through it.

Who am I?

Yohan Trougouboff

  • I've spent 20 years working across industries and countries, the last 12 in technology startups, and gained deep expertise in what it takes to adopt technology successfully.
  • I ran Early Adopters Hub for 6 years, working with 50 software and AI startups that between them covered the everyday finances and operations of a small business: invoicing, bookkeeping, cash flow, tax and more.
  • I live in Highbury, by Linear Park, with my wife, our toddler and two cats.

Being a business owner is never easy. But when it comes to AI, it seems like the opportunities are everywhere on the one hand. But there's no real obvious way of how to get started to get the most value out of it. Or if you can even tell whether you're getting the most value out of it or not.

At the same time, you have lots of people everywhere coming into this gold rush and telling you just buy my shovel and gold is everywhere.

Now, I hate to break it to you, but AI is not a magic wand. It's not a silver bullet that out of the box will solve all your problems and you can pay someone else and they will discover everything for you.

If you really want to get the most out of AI, it's going to be hard. You're going to have to get out of your comfort zone. You're going to have to be very open-minded to learning new things. And you're going to have to make some mistakes and hit a few walls.

I want to help you go through that journey from the very first step that could be the most basic to the more complex and strategic stuff as you progress.

Now, throughout my whole life experience, basically, I've moved to many different countries, learned different languages, adapted to different cultures, moved across industries and verticals. And when I first really started to dive deep into AI, I realised what an asset it is. Because things like using code for the first time as someone non-technical really scared me. But having that adaptable mindset and willingness to learn has proven incredibly valuable.

And that's when I realised that if you do really want to get the most value out of AI, you have to change your mindset.

And at the end of the day, once you build that capability, where the real value is, where the real gold is, is different for every business. And once you build that foundation, putting that into the context that's unique for you and for your business, that's the real power. That's when you can really enjoy the real value of AI.

The hardest step of any real change is always the first one.

You're only one click away.
